A Federal District Court has issued a much anticipated decision regarding the OFCCP's jurisdiction over health care providers, ruling that those providing health care services through HMOs to covered federal employees are covered "subcontractors."

Effective February 28, 2013, the OFCCP has rescinded the "Voluntary Guidelines" and "Compensation Standards" that were issued by the OFCCP 2006, and replaces them with OFCCP Policy Directive 307.

On December 8, 2011, the OFCCP published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) that proposes significant revisions to the OFCCP's Section 503 Regulations concerning affirmative action for individuals with disabilities.
